14 MARBLE MINE LEASES FOR SALE

14 separate mining leases in QLD

Each mining lease has a renewal for further periods of 25 years.

Total area of the 14 Mining leases is 391 Hectares (Approx).

Tenement resource (marble) down to 20 metres is noted on the tenement sheet(Billions of Tonnes) The marble has in fact been drilled to over 100 metres depth so the resource is more than 5 times the stated amount.

The mines have not been operating for more than 2 years now.

There is approximately 10,000 tonne of marble blocks harvested and on ground beside quarries. These blocks are also included in the sale at no extra cost.

The machinery yard (20,000 Sq Metres) and mining equipment and vehicles and lifting gear, Cranes, and slab machine and accomodation is included in the sale also.
