The house has recently been renovated. You can move in quickly.
The house is built of stone and some clay. Nice stable house and the
roof is in good condition. The house was largely renovated in 2022 and
then the electricity was renewed, new kitchen space and new bathroom.

You enter the house through the terrace and then you step into the

Nemesvíd is a large village with over 800 inhabitants. Here you can
easily do your daily shopping and there is also a doctor's post and
post office. A 30 minute drive will take you to Nagykanizsa. Big city
with all major chain stores, hospital, schools, a cozy centre, etc.
Everything that the city can offer. A day Balaton is doable. You can
sit near the water in half an hour. For lovers of thermal baths, there
is a bath in Marcali (20 minutes) and one in Zalakaros (10 minutes).
There are many forests in the area, so an excellent area for hiking,
but also for hunting. You can even fish in one of the many fishing
lakes. Beautiful surroundings!
