Old country house with plot of land and quiet location situated in a village near river and railway 110 km northeast of Sofia, Bulgaria. The property is situated in a nice area within the limits of the village. The yard borders the main road but the house itself is on a quiet side street with good access. The Iskar river, the longest running river in Bulgaria, passes about 5 km away from the house and at roughly the same distance one can find monastery and nice fishing spots around the river.
